Latex Foam
Spumatex carries out their processes with natural latex, SBR (synthetic) or a mixture of both materials.
They are produced in densities from 120 kg/m3 – 330 kg/m3 and with a range of thickness of 1 mm to 20 mm.
Presentation and uses:
- Without textile support: the use is for the most part quilted as in different parts of footwear with thickness between 1,5 mm and 20 mm, with or without adhesive.
- With textile support: used also in quilting of the different parts of footwear and for the manufacture of insoles destined for the final consumer.
PU Foam
Our company offer in its range of products PU Foam laminated with different kinds of fabrics such as cambrelle, PLP, mesh…
They are produced in densities 30 kg/m3 – 100 kg/m3 and with a range of thickness of 1mm to 20 mm.
